Paul Ilyinsky was a three-time mayor of Palm Beach, Florida. He was a great-grandson of Tsar Alexander II of Russia, a first cousin once removed of Nicholas II and the second cousin of Prince Charles. He is the only member of the Romanov family to hold an elected office.
