15 de out. de 1971 · Much Obliged, Jeeves first published in 1971 in the UK and in the same year in the USA by alternative title Jeeves and the Tie That Binds is second to last in the Jeeves & Wooster series. The two editions have slightly different endings.
Jeeves's first name of Reginald was not revealed until the penultimate novel in the series, Much Obliged, Jeeves (1971), when Bertie hears a "Hullo, Reggie" greeting Jeeves. The readers may have been surprised to learn Jeeves's first name, but Bertie was stunned by the revelation "that he had a first name" in the first place.
Much Obliged, Jeeves The book is quite funny, but the reader Dinsdale Landen does not do it justice. He has a pleasant voice, and I'm sure he's very talented - but he reads too fast, crowding the sentences, and the voices of different speakers are too much alike.
