Magdalen College was founded in 1458 by William Waynflete, Bishop of Winchester, and Lord Chancellor. Magdalene admits about 105 undergraduates each year for all courses offered by the University of Cambridge, as well as approximately 70 postgraduate students. Our small annual intake helps to foster a family atmosphere and sense of close knit community.
Sept 2019. Smaller in size than the big names, Magdalene offers a free and relativity peaceful Cambridge College experience. The wonderful Pepys Library offers a great insight to an amazing collection and the College courts gracing the river side of the College are beautiful in their simplicity and historical atmosphere.

O novo edifício substitui as instalações apertadas e mal equipadas do Edifício Pepys, com um volume adjacente com uma biblioteca maior, abrigando um grande acervo e uma galeria de fotos.
