Henry Fielding. Henry Fielding stammte aus der Familie des Grafen von Denbigh und wurde am 22. April 1707 zu Sharpham-Park und der Grafschaft Somerset geboren. In der Schule von Eton gebildet, sollte er Rechtswissenschaft studieren und ging zu diesem Zwecke nach Leiden. Doch wendete er sich bald nach London und schrieb für die Bühne.
Henry Fielding Dickens was the last surviving son of Charles Dickens. He was named after Henry Fielding, a favourite author of his father. He was educated at Wimbledon and at Boulogne-sur-Mer and entered Trinity Hall, Cambridge, in 1868. He graduated in mathematics and subsequently studied law. In 1873 he was called to the bar.
