Snowdin Dustbelief is a skin for Undertale Papyrus, he costs the most XP out of all the Visible Papyrus Skins, costing 250 XP. He completely overhauls his regular moveset and stats of base Classic Papyrus. This skin has high damage, fast moving bones and fast stamina regeneration, and is overall better than Undertale Papyrus as a whole.
AU Canon: The official canon of Underworld is based around the idea of the player/Frisk restarting the game too many times or hacking the game files, resulting in the game’s characters becoming horrifying monsters who’s only goal is to hunt down and kill Frisk.
