Since that's a lot of content, there are no photos included. If you're looking for pictures too, you can get a smaller (and older) backup with files dating from 2010 and earlier, though, that's only 45,000 pages.

Scroll down and find the largest Wikipedia file which should be around 95GB in size. If you do not want to download the entire Wikipedia content, then choose the category which you want to use offline.

As the name suggests, it lets you import the downloaded Wikipedia dumps, and create a WikiTaxi database from them. You can also configure the RAM to be used for the process (for bigger sized dumps).
