Der Nationalpark Virunga ( französisch Parc national des Virunga) ist ein 7835 km² großer Nationalpark im Nordosten der Demokratischen Republik Kongo an der Grenze zu Ruanda und Uganda. Ebenso wie der Vulkan-Nationalpark in Ruanda entstand der Virunga-Nationalpark 1969 aus der Teilung des bereits seit 1925 bestehenden Albert-Nationalparks.
Hello, we are a group of 3 who will travel to Virunga National Park next week. We booked our trip through the visit Virunga website, and will travel from Goma to the Nyiragongo volcano, spend the next day at Kibumba tented camp and on the third day we will do the gorilla track and go back to Rwanda in the evening.
