The approved version of the National Safeguarding Standards can be downloaded here . The Standards are essential for the Church to understand the quality and, most importantly, the impact of its safeguarding activity.

Christians believe that Jesus is God’s Son. Jesus reveals to us that God is our Father, and that God is available to us through the Holy Spirit. You won’t ever be asked if you completely understand all this.

The Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020, which states that personal data regarding public ministry must be given to the Archbishops’ Council for the purpose of providing a National Register of Ministry, received Royal Assent in March 2020.
