盖儿·鲁宾（英语： Gayle S. Rubin ，1949年 — ），美国文化人类学家，性别政治理论家与倡议者。 她写作的主题包含女性主义、施虐与受虐、性交易、恋童、色情、女同性恋文学，以及人类学研究与性别次文化史，且聚焦在都市背景。
Gayle Rubin received her PhD in Anthropology from the University of Michigan in 1994 and has been teaching at the University of Michigan since 2003. She is the author of a series of groundbreaking articles on the politics of sex and gender (collected in Deviations, 2012) and an anthropological study of gay leathermen in San Francisco (entitled Valley of the Kings, forthcoming).

Gayle Rubin nasceu em 1949, na Carolina do Sul (EUA), em uma família que, a despeito da segregação social predominante, acreditava em livros. Foi para a Universidade de Michigan no início nos anos 70, encantou-se pela antropologia e pelo feminismo, o que lhe rendeu os assuntos que habitam seus quarenta anos de carreira e suas experiências pessoais.
