Prinz Félix de Bourbon-Parma (* 28. September 1893 in Schwarzau am Steinfeld, Österreich als Félix Marie Vincent de Bourbon-Parma;† 8. April 1970 auf Schloss Fischbach, Luxemburg) war ein Sohn von Robert I., dem letztem Herzog von Parma und dessen zweiter Ehefrau Maria Antonia von Portugal.

Prins Felix var lillebror til kejserinde Zita af Østrig-Ungarn (1892–1989) og storebror til prins René af Bourbon-Parma (1894–1962), der var gift med prinsesse Margrethe af Danmark (1895–1992), og som blev far til Anne, titulær dronning af Rumænien (født 1923).

Het huis Bourbon-Parma is een Italiaanse linie van het huis Bourbon. De stamvader is Filips van Parma, zoon van Filips V van Spanje (huis Bourbon) en Elisabetta Farnese, erfdochter van het hertogdom Parma en Piacenza. Sinds 1996 behoren leden van dit geslacht ook tot de Nederlandse adel onder de naam De Bourbon de Parme .
