John Stevens Henslow (1796 – 1861) fue un botánico inglés, y profesor en la Universidad de Cambridge. Se le conoce sobre todo por ser el mentor de Charles Darwin, de hecho Henslow, era quien se suponía que tenia que haber embarcado con Fitzroy en el HMS Beagle, pero debido a razones personales envió a su estudiante Charles Darwin en su lugar.
