Mai 1718 in Den Haag) aus dem Adelsgeschlecht derer von Keppel war ein niederländischer Adeliger im Dienst Wilhelms von Oranien. Als dieser englischer König wurde, begleitete ihn Keppel nach England. Er stieg zum einflussreichen Favoriten des Königs auf.

Known for his diminuitive stature, he was a close friend of the Prince of Wales.This caricature, and those of RCIN 917008 and 914270, have all traditionally been attributed to Arnold Keppel, 8th Earl of Albemarle.
