He served as Lord Chancellor from 1962 to 1964.

29 de nov. de 2023 · Buller, Reginald Edward Manningham-, first Viscount Dilhorne (1905–1980), lawyer and politician, was born at Latimer House, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, on 1 August 1905, the eldest of five children and the only son of Sir Mervyn Manningham-Buller, third baronet (1876–1956), a soldier and later MP, and his wife, Lilah Constance Cavendish (d. 1944), daughter of the third Lord Chesham.
