DIE DARKMAN DIE, besides having a killer title, is both better and worse than part 2. Better because Fahey makes a much more compelling and interesting villain. His dreams of creating a steroid filled army is silly but novel. He comes off as pretty unrepentative which is always a good quality in a bad guy.
