In an early scene of The Young Philadelphians, Newman is working construction when he spies an attractive young lady (Barbara Rush) getting into a fender bender with a heavy duty truck. Newman jumps in to mettle with the tensions of each party, but what’s really happening is that we’re watching the sexiest of meet-cutes between Newman and Rush.
