  7. Sir Frederick Peel (October 26, 1823 – June 6, 1906), second son of Prime Minister Sir Robert Peel, was educated at Harrow and at Trinity College, Cambridge, becoming a barrister in 1849. He entered parliament in that year, and with the exception of the period between 1857 and 1859, he remained in the House of Commons until 1865.
