2011 yılında Miami, Amerika’ya taşınan Buika, aynı yıl “En Mi Piel: The Best of Buika” albümünü piyasaya sürdü. Yine aynı yıl Pedro Almodóvar’ın yönettiği “La piel que habito (The Skin I Live In)” adlı filmde Buika iki şarkı seslendirmiş hatta filmin bir sahnesinde de yer almıştır.
