Lucrezia de' Medici, Duchess of Ferrara. Lucrezia de' Medici (14 February 1545 – 21 April 1561) was a member of the House of Medici and by marriage Duchess consort of Ferrara, Modena and Reggio from 1558 to 1561. Married to the intended husband of her elder sister Maria, who died young, her marriage was short and unhappy.

Nacque a Firenze il 14 febbr. 1544, quintogenita di Cosimo I de' Medici, duca di Firenze, e di Eleonora, figlia di don Pedro de Toledo, duca d'Alba e viceré di Napoli. Nel 1558 sposò Alfonso d'Este, figlio del duca di Ferrara Ercole II e di Renata, figlia di Luigi XII re di Francia.

Lucrezia de' Medici (14 February 1545 – 21 April 1561) was the daughter of Cosimo I de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany, and Eleanor of Toledo. Born in Florence , she was the first wife of Alfonso II d'Este , Duke of Modena and Ferrara , whom she married on 3 July 1558.
