5'9" nurse here! My favorite tall brand is Medcouture from Amazon. They can be a little expensive but they are actually tall enough. If you want a bit cheaper, Cherokee tall scrubs aren't bad they're just kinda boxy - I like to go for the "specialty" Cherokee sets like the butter soft ones because they're better quality but still not super expensive.
